India’s blistering retort to Pak PM Imran Khan raising Kashmir issue at UNGA

- India slammed Pakistan over its references to Kashmir at the United Nations General Assembly. India added that Islamabad has a history & policy of harbouring, aiding & supporting terrorists. India said the country holds an 'ignorable record' of hosting terrorists proscribed by the UN. India was exercising its right of reply on Pak PM Imran Khan's statements at the world forum. Imran Khan had addressed UNGA virtually where he raked up the Kashmir issue during his address. He had said sustainable peace in South Asia is contingent upon resolution of the J&K dispute. India's strong reply at the world forum comes a day before PM Modi's 76TH UNGA address. In his address, PM Modi to focus on 'pressing global challenges' including terrorism, Covid. The Indian PM, who is on a 3-day trip to the USA, will return to India on September 26.
