- An Indore woman landed in trouble after a video of her dance at a busy road went viral. Police said Shreya Kalra was booked under IPC section 290 (punishment for public nuisance). The video shows the woman starting to dance as soon as vehicles stop for the red signal. Dressed in black, the woman dances to the tune of 'Let me be your woman', an English song. The incident took place on a zebra crossing at Rasoma square in Madhya Pradesh's Indore. Taking cognisance, MP Home Minister Narottam Mishra had directed police to take action. Several netizens alleged that the woman posted the video on social media to gain publicity. Meanwhile, MP women Congress chief Archana Jaiswal termed the action against her as wrong.
