J&K: Pak-based Lashkar’s role in Udhampur blasts exposed; ‘Message to Shah'

- Jammu and Kashmir police has cracked the Udhampur twin blasts case, three days after the explosions rocked the city. J&K DGP Dilbag Singh revealed that the Pakistan-based terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba was behind the blasts ahead of Home Minister Amit Shah's high-profile visit to the valley. Dilbag Singh revealed that a 'recycled' terrorist identified as Mohd Aslam Sheikh who is now arrested, was tasked to convey a message to Shah that 'all is not well in J&K'.
