‘Kabul airport is shut but..’: Govt pledges to evacuate Indians from Afghanistan

• Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has promised safe evacuation of every Indian stranded in Afghanistan. Jyotiraditya Scindia on Tuesday said bringing back every Indian citizen stranded in the country is a duty of the Centre, which the union government will play in the best possible manner. He quoted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s words and gave fresh assurances to those still stuck in Afghanistan. Scindia also said that Indian Air Force’s planes are brining Indians back from Kabul every day even as the airport is shut for commercial operations. Watch the full video for more details.
