Karauli Violence: ‘Hero’ Rajasthan cop promoted for saving baby from flames

A Rajasthan Police constable is being hailed for saving an infant during Karauli communal violence. A picture of Netresh Sharma holding the infant in his arms has gone viral on social media. Shamli SSP Sukirti Madhav Mishra tweeted the picture and praised the constable. Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot also praised Netresh Sharma's bravery. He dialed the constable and announced his promotion as head constable. Gehlot also lashed out at the Centre for the violence and said PM Modi should take responsibility. Watch the full video for more.
