Kashmiri Pandits celebrate, Mufti 'mourns' 2nd anniversary of Art 370 dilution

- On the second anniversary of the Narendra Modi government's move to abrogate Jammu and Kashmir's special status, some groups rejoiced, while others staged protests. Kashmiri Pandits in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj organised a festival to celebrate the dilution of Article 370 which happened on August 5, 2019. Meanwhile, BJP leaders in J&K's Srinagar cut cakes to mark the occasion. However, ex-J&K CM and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said that it was a day of 'mourning'. She said she will force the Govt of India to talk to Pakistan. Watch the full video for more.
