Taliban offshoot forms 'new cabinet' to challenge Pak's Sharif govt

In a direct challenge to the sovereignty of the Pakistani civilian government and its military, the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) announced new appointments to divide the outfit into various ministries.
