Parliament: After 'paapri chaat' attack by TMC MP, Union ministers slam insult

Massive uproar erupted in Rajya Sabha on Tuesday after two union ministers Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and Pralhad Joshi slammed TMC MP Derek O'Brien for his 'papri chaat' remarks over the passing of bills in the Parliament. Both Naqvi and Joshi demanded an apology from Derek and accused him of insulting the Parliament and people of India. Derek had earlier accused the centre of rushing to pass the bills and had drawn parallel with selling of 'papri chaat'.
