Putin punishes EU for sanction pile; 'No more business as usual' declares Moscow

The Putin administration ends 'business as usual' with the European Union. Moscow is no longer planning to initiate joint projects with the EU for waging a hybrid war, said the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with TASS. The Russian Foreign Minister also blasted the ruling elites in the EU for harming the vital interests and well-being of their citizens. Relations between Moscow and the European Union are 'at historic lows' since war began in February. The EU has imposed a series of sanctions on Russia.
