Russia warned of dire consequences if U.S. were to arm Ukraine with cluster munitions. Moscow's response came after four republican congressmen reportedly asked US President Joe Biden to send cluster munitions to Ukraine, specifically dual purpose improved conventional munitions (DPICM).
