Putin's threat jolts NATO nation; Italy vows to 'never send offensive…' to Kyiv

In its latest statement, NATO nation Italy says "it will never send offensive weapons to Ukraine." Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said that "Rome is not in a state of war with Russia; we have nothing against the Russian people."
