Former Russian President and Putin ally Dmitry Medvedev has warned the Western allies over the ICC arrest warrant. Speaking to Russian media, Medvedev said any attempt to arrest Putin would be a declaration of war against Russia. He also said that the International Criminal Court, which Russia, China and US do not recognise, was a 'legal nonentity'. This warning from Medvedev comes days after the ICC issued an arrest warrant against Putin over alleged war crimes in Ukraine.
