Setback to Yogi; SC orders U.P govt to refund recoveries to anti-CAA protestors

• In a big setback to the U.P Yogi govt amid the ongoing state assembly elections, the Supreme Court has directed the State govt to refund money made by alleged anti-CAA protesters. The top court called Yogi govt's action as 'unlawful' and contrary to the law laid down by the SC.
