'Shameless:' fury after Goa CM blames late night outings for gang-rape horror

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is in the line of fire after his remarks in response to the gang-rape of two girls in state capital earlier on Sunday. Sawant, who was speaking in Goa Assembly, had virtually blamed late night outings for the rape incidents and asked parents to not let their go out alone at night. However, CM Sawant faced a massive backlash for his comments with opposition Congress calling for his resignation. Four people accused of gangraping the two girls have been arrested by Goa police.
