Sri Lankan President sings praise for Modi govt, Calls out China's move at IMF

- Sri Lankan President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has applauded India for helping the island nation during its worst crisis. In an interview with Bloomberg News, Gotabaya Rajapaksa said that the Indian government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi went out of its way to urge the IMF to expedite the processes that could help Sri Lanka mitigate the crisis. While he heaped praise on India, the Lanka President lashed out at China. Rajapaksa said that China is not interested in helping Sri Lanka and they are now shifting its strategic focus toward southeast Asia and Africa. Watch this report to know more.
