Terrifying avalanche hits mountains behind Kedarnath Temple; Pilgrims concerned

• A massive avalanche hit the mountains surrounding the Kedarnath temple in Uttarakhand. No damage to the holy shrine or casualties has been reported from the incident. The avalanche erupted at 6 am this morning when a glacier just 6 to 7 km behind the temple in the Kedar Peak area of the Chorabari glacial lake region cracked. This is the second incident of an avalanche near Kedarnath temple in the last 10 days. Watch this video to know more.
