Kumar Except its last stretch, Badrinath has been opened. Char Dham Yatra will be completely revived tomorrow,” Uttarakhand DGP, Ashok Kumar said on Tuesday. The resumption of the yatra takes place at a time when at least 40 people have lost their lives. Dhami, who conducted an aerial survey of Garhwal & Kumaon, said a few are also missing. NDRF has deployed 15 teams & rescued thousands from flood-affected areas of Uttarakhand.
