Watch: BJP MLA wants PM Modi to enact this new law to keep India 'secure'

• BJP leader and Member of Bihar Legislative Assembly Neeraj Bablu raised a demand for a new population control law in the country. Bablu said that he would approach Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this regard. His comments came a day after his colleague in the party and Assembly, Hari Bhushan Thakur, said that there's only one community whose fertility rate isn't declining.
