Watch: Bus narrowly escapes accident due to rain-triggered landslide in Nainital

• A bus full of passengers had a narrow escape during a landslide in Uttarakhand. Video shows rocks falling off a mountain on the side of the road the bus was travelling on. In the video, the bus is seen stopping just at the right time to escape the falling debris. Incident took place in Nainital on Friday & there has been no report of any casualty. The major landslide was triggered by heavy rainfall in the region. Video shows passengers getting off the bus with their luggage & running away from the site. The bus driver too then takes the vehicle in reverse to reach a safe distance. Video further shows a portion of the mountain coming down along with uprooted trees. The debris continued to fall for a while and eventually blocked the road. Watch the full video for more.
