Indian National Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was questioned by a Surat judge on June 24 over a defamation case filed by a BJP MLA. As per the complainant's lawyer, Gandhi said 'I don't know' to most questions asked, and said that he didn't have a personal knowledge of the issues. The Lok Sabha member from Kerala's Wayanad is in the dock after a controversial speech reportedly made in Karnataka's Kolar during the 2019 election campaign. Gandhi had reportedly named Nirav, Lalit, and Narendra Modi and then asked 'why all thieves have Modi surname'. Watch the full video for more.
