- Bengaluru FC won the prestigious Durand Cup on Sunday after beating Mumbai City FC 2-1 but more than the memorable win for the Bengaluru FC, a video off Governor of West Bengal, La. Ganesan Iyer, pushing away Bengaluru captain Sunil Chhetri for a photograph with the trophy has become viral on social media. The Governor is facing backlash on twitter for his 'shameless' behaviour with some even demanding that he apologise to the football legend.
