'Will you fire...': Himanta posts Nehru's pic in shorts amid Cong's khaki row

• BJP turns the heat on Congress over burning khaki shorts tweet. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has a Nehru counter for Cong's post. Sarma tweeted a photo of Jawaharlal Nehru in shorts & asked 'will you fire his also...'. In the photo, however, Nehru is not seen in the RSS khaki shorts, but in the uniform of the Congress's Seva Dal. Himanta Biswa Sarma's Nehru rebuttal comes just days after he accused Congress of 'hurting nationalists with such a shameful tweet'. On September 12, Congress posted an image of a pair of khaki shorts set on fire which looks identical to those worn by members RSS. Watch this report for more.
