North Korea made its plans clear after its nuclear missile blitzkrieg. Kim Jong Un vowed to make North Korea the world's most powerful nuclear force. According to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), Kim stated in his order that North Korea's "ultimate goal is to possess absolute force, unprecedented in the century." He said this while celebrating the launch of its newest ICM with his daughter. North Korea's leader took his daughter to a meeting with missile scientists in her second public appearance, in which state media called her "the most beloved" child.
