North Korean Leader Supervises Deadly Weapons Test Amid Tensions; Kim’s MLRS Headed To Russia?

North Korea's Kim Jong Un supervised a test of a multiple rocket launcher system on May 31. State media KCNA said the test involved "super-large multiple rocket sub-units."
