On Cam: Terrorist kills Hindu bank manager in Kulgam; Second hate attack in J&K

• In yet another targeted, hate killing in Jammu and Kashmir, a Hindu bank manager was killed by terrorist in Kulgam. Vijay Kumar, an employee of the Ellaquai Dehati bank was shot at by terrorist inside the bank premises. Disturbing CCTV visuals of the attack has emerged. Vijay succumbed enroute the district hospital in Kulgam. The attack comes 2 days after a Hindu teacher was gunned down outside the school where she taught in Kulgam. The spree of hate attacks this year began with the killing of Kashmiri Pandit government employee Rahul Bhat in Budgam. Watch this video for more details.
