U.S. President Donald Trump has again floated the idea that a peace deal to end the Russia-Ukraine war would require a “swapping of land,” candidly admitting he “very seriously disagrees” with Volodymyr Zelensky’s war strategy. In a Washington, D.C. briefing, Trump confirmed he’ll meet Putin in Alaska on Friday, followed by a separate summit with both Zelensky and Putin—potentially with Trump present to broker talks.
