Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a scathing attack on the Congress while addressing a rally from Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh. Amit Shah said that in the 10 years of the party's rule, terrorists from Pakistan infiltrated into India and the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh kept silent.
