Russia Releases Chilling ‘Confession’ Video Of ‘Secret Ukrainian Agent’ After Moscow ‘Terror Attack’

Russian Federal Security Service claimed to have found a Ukrainian with a terror suspect. The suspect, Evgeny Serebryakov, was accused of blowing up a car on July 24.
