Union Minister Smriti Irani mocked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over latter’s challenge to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for an open debate. “Are you the PM candidate of the INDI alliance?” the BJP leader, who defeated Rahul Gandhi in Amethi in 2019, asked him.
