Sindhu receives grand welcome at Delhi airport; vows to win more medals

PV Sindhu received a grand welcome on her arrival in Delhi. Fans gathered at Delhi airport to welcome her after she scripted history at the 2019 BWF World Championship. Sindhu became the first Indian to win badminton World Championships gold. She defeated Japan's Nozomi Okuhara in the final match. The Indian won 21-7 21-7 in the summit clash that lasted just 38 minutes.
