Top Ukrainian official Oleksiy Arestovich said the war is likely to be over by may when Russia runs out of resources. Arestovich, adviser to Zelensky's Chief of Staff, stated Ukraine expected a peace agreement by around May. The official said a 'completely crazy' scenario could involve Russia sending fresh conscripts after 30-day training.
