The Chandigarh DSP has slapped a defamation notice against cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Sidhu. Sidhu faces defamation after allegedly lauding party members who 'make police wet their pants'. Hitting out at Sidhu, the Chandigarh DSP said that Sidhu insulted the same force which protects him & and even dared the Punjab Congress chief to return his security detail. Sidhu has said his 'wet pants' remarks shouldn't be taken in the literal sense and it is a way of saying that Congress wields authority.
