Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Kazan on October 22nd on the sidelines of the BRICS summit. This will be the second meeting between Modi and Putin in as many months. In July, Modi visited Moscow, and in August, Modi visited Kyiv. PM Modi met both Putin and Zelensky on the respective visits. He had reiterated India's stand of 'diplomacy and dialogue' to end the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.
