'Why should I fear Trump?': Zelensky on unhinged rant as US gives Russia oil trade relief| Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky broke his silence on his tense October meeting with Donald Trump, telling The Guardian he is “not afraid” of the U.S. president. Zelensky dismissed reports of a volatile exchange, calling the talks “normal and constructive.” The meeting, however, came amid frustration in Kyiv after Trump refused to send Tomahawk cruise missiles, urging diplomacy instead. While White House insiders described the meeting as “not easy,” Zelensky softened his tone, crediting King Charles with helping him build better ties with Trump, a move analysts see as part of a broader “charm offensive” to secure peace.
