After US planes fly over Ukraine, Biden-Putin to hold talks over troops build-up

US President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin are expected to speak as tensions build-up with Ukraine. In Thursday’s call, Biden is expected to stress to Putin that the US is united with its allies. The call comes days after Washington sent a two-jet mission to carry out surveillance sorties over the disputed area. Two Of US Air Force’s best surveillance planes were spotted over eastern Ukraine on Monday. The E-8C And RC-135V were involved in a joint surveillance mission just a few miles away from the Russian territory. The timing of the Recon Mission is considered important as tensions escalate between Russia and Ukraine. Watch the full video for more.
