'Ancient Pakistan' trolled: Pak diplomat's tweet on Taxila causes online storm

A Twitter storm has erupted over an old tweet by a Pakistani diplomat. Qamar Abbas Khokhar, who is currently posted in Bangladesh, tweeted in December 2020 about the ancient Takshashila, or Taxila, University. He said that it existed in 'ancient Pakistan' 2,700 years near today's Islamabad. Many Twitter users poked fun at the diplomat, claiming Pakistan only came into existence as a nation in 194, and the name was coined in the 1930s. Watch the full video for more.
