U.S President Joe Biden has said that he is ready to talk to his Russian counterpart only if he ends the war. Biden was speaking after meeting his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron. Biden noted that Vladimir Putin had shown no interest yet in ending his invasion, but said that if that changed, “I’ll be happy to sit down with Putin to see what he has in mind.” Biden's statement comes as support to Emmanuel Macron's outreach.
