‘Big mistake…’: How Biden hit out at China & Russia for skipping G20 and COP26

US President Joe Biden said it was a ‘big mistake’ on part of China to not attend the COP26 climate summit. Biden said that staying at home may have cost Xi Jinping some influence on the world stage. Biden also accused Russia of failing to show leadership on climate change by not attending the summit. "By showing up we've had a profound impact on the way I think the rest of the world is looking at the United States and its leadership role.
