Bomb blast at award ceremony in Afghanistan; 2nd attack after Taliban Guv killed

At least one person was killed and five injured, including children, after a bomb went off in Afghanistan's Mazar-i-Sharif. The explosion took place during an award ceremony for journalists at the Tabian Farhang Centre. This is the second blast in Mazar-i-Sharif in two days. On Thursday, Balkh province governor and senior Taliban leader Mohammad Dawood Muzamil was killed in his office in suicide blast.
