California: People Caught For Starting Fire; Disaster Not Natural? Twist On 'Worst' Day|LA,Palisades

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman released a video of a man setting fire in California amid still-raging wildfires. L.A. Police Chief Jim McDonnell said three people were arrested on suspicion of arson after being seen setting small fires that were immediately extinguished. All were far outside the disaster zones, according to the Associated Press. Nine people have been charged with looting. Watch this video to know more.
