Lahore's Zaman Park area turned into a battleground after hundreds of PTI protesters clashed with Punjab police amid a massive crackdown on Wednesday. PTI workers and supporters were heading to Imran Khan's Zaman Park residence. The party had planned to take out a rally from Zaman Park to Data Darbar. However, the Punjab government launched a massive crackdown and imposed Section 144 in the provincial capital. Major clashes broke out in areas around Zaman Park with the police lathi-charging protesters, firing tear gas and using water cannons to disperse them. Some PTI workers were also arrested by the Punjab police. Watch this video for details.
