G7 nations warn Taliban of blocking funds against terror in Afghanistan

- Leaders of G7 nations met virtually to discuss the Afghanistan crisis. G7 warned the Taliban against human rights violations & harbouring terror. In a statement, G7 said it will hold the Taliban accountable for their actions. British PM Boris Johnson demanded that the Taliban give passage for evacuation after August 31. US and UK forces were to conclude their withdrawal from Afghanistan by August 31. Johnson also threatened to block funds if terror activities surge under Taliban rule.
