NATO Nation Germany sided with Israel at the International Court of Justice in the Hague and denied allegations of its complicity in genocide in the Gaza strip. Tania von Uslar-Gleichen, legal adviser for the German Foreign Ministry, told the judges that Nicaragua's case was rushed, based on flimsy evidence and should be thrown out due to lack of jurisdiction.
