A top Hamas' elite unit commander allegedly involved in October 7 attack on Israel has been killed by Israeli Air Force, a statement by Israel Defence Force said, as the fighting continues in Gaza strip between Israeli forces and Palestinian militant groups, leading to further casualties. Hamas' Al-Qassam Brigades said that its fighters attacked a unit of special forces of Israel in Gaza city, leading to deaths and injuries.
