Houthis' Mega Plan To Cut Undersea Cables In Red Sea? 'Western Internet, Financial Data Web At Risk'

Amid regular exchange of fire between the Houthis and Western forces over the former's blockade of commercial ships in the Red Sea, the Yemeni group appears to be planning something far more sinister. Telecom firms linked to Yemen's UN-recognised government have claimed that the Houthis are planning to damage undersea cables which form the backbone of the global internet infrastructure.
