Indonesia’s Mount Agung volcano threatens to erupt, shuts Bali airport

Indonesia's Mount Agung volcano is spewing dark gray ash and threatening to erupt. The authorities raised the volcano's alert to the highest level on November 27, 2017, and expanded an exclusion zone to 10 kilometers (6 miles) from the crater. The eruption forced the shut down of the international airport in Bali, leaving thousands of tourists stranded.
