Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has denied that the middle-eastern nation is 'seeking war' with the United States of America. His comments came amid increasing tensions with the US and President Donald Trump's decision to station an aircraft carrier, USS Abraham Lincoln, and a bomber jet squadron in the region. Khamenei said that a war is also not in the US' interest. He went on to say that negotiations with the western nation are 'poison' until the nation 'comes to its senses'.
