Nuclear threat? Why watchdog IAEA is alarmed over North Korea restarting reactor

- North Korea has reportedly restarted its main nuclear reactor in Yongbyon complex. UN’s atomic agency said North Korea restarted its five-megawatt nuclear reactor. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report said the nuclear activities in North Korea are “deeply troubling”. North Korea calls the Yongbyon complex “heart” of its nuclear program.
