Palestinians, Israeli cops clash as Muslim, Jewish festivals coincide

Clashes were witnessed at the al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem as two Jewish and Muslim festivals coincided. The spot of violence is also revered by Jews as the Temple Mount. Muslim worshippers had gathered at the location on the occasion of Eid al Adha, while Jews were observing Tisha B'av. According to reports, 14 Palestinians and 4 police officers were injured in the clashes.
