Brazil's President declares a state of emergency in the capital, Brasilia, until the end of the month in response to the unprecedented violence. The country's supreme court removed Brasilia's governor after the attack, highlighting the security lapses that led to the invasion of the presidential palace, Congress, and the SC by pro-Bolsonaro rioters. These riots at Brazil's power centres have left the world's leaders "deeply worried."
